This is a great app its not to intense but it works really well
This app is everything I have been looking for. Great workouts and great set up!! I recommend this app to everybody...cuz fitness is important!
Would give 10 stars if I could .. Just started but love the daily reminders. Like a little coach in your pocket.
Quick and easy. Makes me feel great and leaves me sore the next day! Perfect app and have even seen some weight loss. Would love to see it sync with the " lose it" app!
I love this program, you get to pick how long you can do it for and they have a wide variety of exercises! Always leaves me feeling stronger, would recommend this to anyone I know
Great workouts; very good for beginners and intermediate level gymmers, and those like me - too busy to think about planning exercises and too stressed to measure time and order of workouts! Compare this to reading exercises off of books: its fantastic! Im giving 4 instead if 5 stars as I just wish theyd have more workout choices.

Really love the app and would recommend it to anyone wanting to get in shape but doesnt have access to a gym.
Excellent app. Love the pictures, the 5 second visual of what you are going to do next and the 3 second countdown when the time is up. The only reason I didnt give it a 5 is that it doesnt have levels of fitness exercises. I have to modify a lot of the upper body workouts because I dont have the upper body strength to do the exercises offered.
Great workout app I do a lot of upper body workouts and even with this app I can feel the burn and it working, so great job love it.
