Sworkit missed on this one.
Sworkit in general is great. I walk a lot so have strong legs and am generally fit but uses sworkit to target areas.
However this upper body addition hasnt been the best. The exercises tend to include a lot of variants on push ups and planks which are really hard on your ligaments if you lack upper body strength or have any extra stretch in your joints!
Im shocked they dont have more lower impact exercises, I have to skip so much and the few left get repetitive, I end up doing my own/different moves than the ones suggested which negates the apps purpose.
While Ill keep using several other Sworkit apps Ill need a different solution for working on my shoulders.
